Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Armstrong Smart Access. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed and sent the same day if the order hits our inbox by 1pm Monday to Friday. For orders arriving later or on the weekend or holiday, the order will be processed and sent the next business day.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Periods such as the Christmas period may impact delivery times. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery that is out of our control.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Within Australia, Express Post shipping is included for Smart Door Locks and select other products. Standard Australia Post rates apply to all other products.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to a Site

  • Please be very specific, include a site contact, where to find him/her, and a mobile number when requesting us to ship to a work or construction site..

Shipment to P.O. boxes

  • We ship to addresses within Australia, including P.O. boxes and parcel lockers.


International Shipping Policy & Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Under NZD1000.00 to New Zealand are currently not subject to taxes. Orders of NZD1000.00 and over, New Zealand GST will included in the final price. Any other fees are payable by the customer.
  • For all other international destinations, shipping rates will be calculated on request and, following mutually agreed terms, shipped with tracking to the destination. Any taxes, duties, tariffs, fees or other costs are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the shipping cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


 

Damages

  • Armstrong Smart Access is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at admin@smartaccess.au to file a claim.

  • Please take photos showing the damage and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
